The Program

On arrival we will welcome you to Twin Peaks and give you time to settle into your rooms and explore the property before lunch.

Our first activity together will be The Welcome Circle, where we come together and leave the outside world behind!

The 3 day program features yoga, with the classes planned to suit the time of day. There are a range of workshops, meditation and activities throughout the retreat.

There is plenty of time for personal time and quiet contemplation, whether you choose to sit inside with a book, take a cup of tea on the deck or a stroll in the gardens.

On Saturday after lunch there will be optional activities, including a walk around the Mount Barker Summit. Take part in as much or as little as you like, so you can enjoy the retreat at your own pace.

A special feature of the retreat on Saturday afternoon is our sound and mantra experience. We welcome Jo Richards, who will guide us through a mantra workshop, followed by a crystal sound bowl meditation.
